How to Apply:

At First Portland Mortgage we realize that it is not always possible to meet face-to-face with one of our loan officers, so we've made it possible to apply 3 different ways:

3. Use our convenient on-line application.

Here is a checklist of the documents we will need in addition to your application.   

• Pay stubs from your last two pay checks  
• Your W2 forms for the last two years
• Cash account statements for the last three months  
• Documents which verify other income you receive

(If you're self-employed, business and personal tax returns for the last two years and current financial statements on your business will verify your income.)
